If you are any thing like us at Bites and Flights GA, we can't wait for warm weather and all things spring. From outdoor dining to the onset of festival season, there is truly every reason to be excited. One of the most iconic markers to the beginning of spring here in Georgia, is the annual Georgia Strawberry Festival in Reynolds, GA. The festival happens every year on the fourth Saturday in April. The festival has been a Georgia tradition since 1998. Over 20 years later and one global pandemic, the festival is ready for another celebration of yummy strawberries, as well as fun and games! This year, the festival will take place April 23-24. Wondering what to expect? We've got you covered.
Pick-Your-Own Strawberries
There is truly something special about walking through the bright red and green strawberry patch and being able to pick out your own berries. This is a great activity for adults and children alike. Walk through the patch at your leisure and then pay by weight when you are done! This is also the perfect spot for a photo-op.

5-K Run
Whether you like to walk or run, the 5-k is loads of fun, and a great way to work up an appetite for a day of delicious food from the vendors, and of course, strawberries. The 5-k begins at 8am at the Liberty Street Ball Park. Do not miss out on a tradition just as important as the strawberries themselves!
